This is the fourth stage of the King’s Cross to Birmingham jaunt via the Grand Union Canal.
The map below shows the route so far (red) and the route covered in this post (orange), Brum is still far off to the north.

It was a grey January morning when I set off on my first hike of 2013. There was a threat of rain in the air and the slightest hint of a hangover in my head.
I reached Uxbridge at 11am, purchased a ham and cheese panini from a cafe and soon found myself on the tow path walking north towards the Moor Park, some 10 miles distant.
I had decided on an experiment for this hike, I’d tell the story of the walk in video and photos, so please sit back and enjoy the show.
Nice format -captures the Atmosphere
Enjoyed the film show. This format makes you feel you are almost there as well. Keep ’em coming.
