Alastair
Hi Alastair, thanks for dropping by. I’m watching ebay for a copy of ‘The Gentle Art…’ it looks like a fine book.
First time I ever went trekking into the bush I went with a buddy from high school. Needless to say when I woke up in the morning he was already 3 hours into trekking back to town lol. I ended up carting most of the gear back myself. Some people can’t handle living outside 4 walls and dealing with the chaos of mother nature.
Hi Shawn, I know what you mean, people often say to me “you’re so brave to camp on your own in the woods” but to me it’s far safer than walking down a city street at any time of the day ; )
