{"id":6484,"date":"2017-05-14T12:30:06","date_gmt":"2017-05-14T12:30:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/martinblack.com\/?p=6484"},"modified":"2017-05-22T20:28:01","modified_gmt":"2017-05-22T20:28:01","slug":"boudicca-way-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/martinblack.com\/oldsite\/2017\/05\/boudicca-way-2\/","title":{"rendered":"On the Boudicca Way"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is the second stage of my <a href=\"http:\/\/martinblack.com\/the-boudicca-way\/\">hike along the the Boudicca Way<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>From Newton Flotman to Pulham Market<\/h2>\n<p>Smithy dog and I hop\u00a0on the train from Ely to Norwich, then walk\u00a0into town and catch\u00a0the 38 bus (\u00a32.50!) to Newton Flotman.<\/p>\n<p>Arriving in Newton, we head off south, passing a pretty stone bridge spanning\u00a0the River Tas. The sun comes out and suddenly everything is gorgeous.<\/p>\n<p>We arrive at the village of Tasburgh.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wc-gallery\"><div id='gallery-1' data-gutter-width='5' data-columns='2' href=\"https:\/\/www.woodlandtrust.org.uk\/visiting-woods\/wood\/?woodId=4224&amp;woodName=tyrrels-wood\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tyrell&#8217;s Wood<\/a> (managed by the two pubs on either side of a green. \u00a0We choose the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecrowninn-pulham.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Crown Inn<\/a>, and enjoy a decent beer, the
