All the Cats!

  1. Thanks for making this Martin, I really enjoyed it. Like you I think of André Previn being silly with Morecambe & Wise so to hear the jazz track was great. With regards to the podcast itself your voice was pretty low in the mix, I don’t know if there’s a way to make you louder? Great stuff, looking forward to next month!

    1. Hi Louise, really pleased you enjoyed the podcast. I’ll be paying more attention to the mixing side of things for the next episode.

  2. Enjoyed the podcast, especially the great Brubeck track – was fortunate to pick up a nice copy of that album many years ago at a knock-down price – and the Bill Doggett track, which would be fun to cut a rug to. And always good to hear the Velvet Fog in action.

    Only comments would be:

The volume levels when you speak and the music plays need to be more even; I had to crank it up to hear what you were saying, then got blasted by the intro to a tune.

I like the ‘jingle’ – but maybe not so often.

Other than those small criticisms – Nice Item!
