Ely cathedral on an autumn morning

by martinxo on October 10, 2012

I’m lucky enough to live in the lovely cathedral city of Ely in the English fenland.  I pass the cathedral on the walk to the station to catch my train to London.

The cathedral always looks beautiful and this morning was no exception.  I passed by at about 7.30am, the sun was just coming up, it was quiet, and cold and quite special.

So I took a photo.

A very atmospheric photo, Martin. I like Ely, which I sometimes used to visit for my job many years ago.
